Art & Candis Hill began serving Destin and the Emerald Coast communities in 1979 as real estate professionals. In our early years the closest super market to Destin was in Fort Walton Beach, and serious shopping, or going to the movies entailed a drive to the Mary Esther Mall, west of Fort Walton Beach. We’re pleased to be ranked in the top 10% of the Keller Williams Realty, Emerald Coast Office, the #1 producing office in the entire Emerald Coast Association of Realtors. We serve on our office ALC (Agent Leadership Committee).


Such change! Our combination of white quartz sand beaches, emerald waters, and the world’s largest charter fishing fleet remained constant. A majority of the developable land in Destin and in South Walton County first came into commerce in the early 1990’s along with completion of the Mid Bay Bridge. Voila! Along the beaches and thoroughfares, Mom and Pop motels are long gone. High quality, upscale development of every nature that meets the needs of vacationers and permanent residents abounded.

Our natural settings, Urban Land Institute award winning communities, and international publicity has resulted in bringing over six million visitors a year, a good selection of permanent resident communities, top drawer dining and retail shopping, “A” rated schools, and high quality health care facilities.

For 30 years, we’ve comfortably served buyers and sellers over the entirety of the three county area that comprises the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors on a daily basis. We full well realize that one person’s dream is another person’s nightmare!
